  25. Which version of the firmware (FLASH-ROM) are you running?  It is most
  26. likely 1.20.  There is an upgrade, 1.40, which I've upgraded to and I
  27. get 28.8 connects almost every call.

  29. I would check that firmware and see if you need to upgrade it.
